Soft Shell
Soft Shell stage gives the buyer full flexibility of design without having to build the main structure. It includes the trailer, floor structure and base layer of yellow tongue chip board, wood framed walls with bracing ply, and Tridek SIPs panel roof. These panels consist of polystyrene foam insulation sandwiched between two colorbond sheets. They have an R value of 2.6.
This Tiny House is for Ric - a member of our team. It has been designed specifically for his requirements and has now become our base model. When completed it will be moved to another location in the Yarra Valley and used as B&B accommodation. Come and try it. Find out how it feels to live in a tiny house.

Hard Shell
Hard Shell stage involves fitting out to a basic layout and design. It includeS the soft shell stage, further completed with windows, doors, internal wall, mezzanine, plumbing rough in and electrical rough in, or any combination of these that you would require.
Ever wanted to see your tiny house design in 'real life', before it is built? Well our Virtual Reality walk through option is for you. With every tiny house our Designer creates, you get your own Virtual Reality model to view using your smartphone (later models only) and a Google Box. You can 'walk through' your very own tiny house. Show it to your family and friends.
